OUR FOUNDRY
Our Foundry is on 5 acres of land in Eastern India, located about 40 miles from Kolkata Port in West Bengal, strategically located near raw material supplies of Pig Iron, Hard Coke, and Scrap. Our current melting capacity is 80 Tons per Day, with plans to expand to 100 Tons.
Our foundry has modern testing equipment to meet AASHTO H20 and ASTM A48 Class 30 or 35 (gray iron) material requirements.

We use modern methods to design and manufacture patterns using a CNC machine per our customers specifications and special logo requirements.
We have mulitple grinding and machining facilities to machine and finish castings per your requirements. Castings can be dipped in black, asphalt based paint, galvanized, powder coated, or otherwise coated per your requirements.
